ALE2: No plate on drum, can't continue

Service Information:

Check to make sure that state plate_loc d is updated correctly after a load.

Operator Action:

If there is indeed no plate on the drum, select 'plate cleared' and resume operation. If there is a plate on the drum, try resuming or open a panel and remove plate, then select 'plate cleared'.

Cause:

• The recorder is being told to unload, but there is currently no plate on the drum.
