Service Information:

When the head stage finishes zeroing, it checks 3 more positions on the plate by rotating the drum. At each position it measures the focus error, if one or more of the focus error values are really high then this error will be reported. The main cause for this is a bubble in the loaded media although its possibly due to somethine trapped beneath the media as well.

Operator Action:

Resume or cancel and reload.

Cause:

• Probably a bubble in the loaded media. Error value fluctuations measured by head stage are too large.
