Service Information:

Check the sensor calibration: Perform a drumvac cal and see if the problem goes away. Check that internal sensing lines are connected and not leaking.

Operator Action:

Verify that pump is on and hose is connected to machine. Call for Service.

Cause:

• The level of suction in the drum is below the setpoint required to load the plate. This can be caused by a number of things: - Sensor mis-calibrated - Sensing tube disconnected - Vacuum pump hose disconnected - Power lost at vacuum pump
