Service Information:

You're not going to like this but something is drastically wrong with the firmware. There is only one place where the prompt module get's initialized and that is during startup of the device when the workstation task starts up. Reset the device, if the problem persists check for a newer patched version of firmware.

Operator Action:

Resume - then cancel if it fails again. Not much can be done but to reset the machine.

Cause:

• Something has prevented the initialization of the prompt module or an error occured during initialization - if the device starts up successfully this shouldn't ever be reported.
