Service Information:

If you are trying to create a custom prompt in diagnostics check the length of text for each button you tried to create - if it's more than 15 characters then thats your problem.

If this is happening at a customer site during normal operation then please please please log a problem report so it can get fixed ASAP.

Operator Action:

Resume if option given otherwise reset device (ugly, but this problem should never make it out the door).

Cause:

• The submitted string for a button is too long (current limit is 15 characters).
