Service Information:

If everything internal to the firmware was working and now this happens then it's likely that several prompts have been created from diagnostics and not destroyed. Destroy the active diagnostic prompts using "prompt destroy" (don't touch those that are not of diagnostic origin (it tells you if you enter a "prompt" command).

Avoid leaving active prompts on a device. Resetting will clear the prompts.

Operator Action:

Shouldn't be seen. If it is, try to resume or reset or call the RC (fastest to just reset).

Cause:

• The pool of empty prompts has reached zero and no more prompts can be created.
