Service Information:

If you're in diagnostics and you get this, check your prompt ID. If it happens during normal operation, get a log file and forward to RC/Firmware for fixing.

Operator Action:

Resume if option presented, otherwise reset.

Cause:

• A prompt destroy was requested for a non-existant prompt. If this happens from diagnostics check your prompt ID. If this occurs during normal operation then something is wrong internal to the firmware.
