If you are getting this while trying to create a prompt in diagnostics then chances are you specified a parent prompt but the ID entered is invalid. The only other place this error shows up is on query's from print console. If this is the case then for some reason print console is receiving corrupt data from the device, please capture a log file with sys ews & sys ewc both set to 1 and forward this to the RC or better yet firmware for fixing.

Operator Action:

Resume if option given, else reset device.

Cause:

• Something is trying to locate a prompt which either no longer exists or never did exist - either print console or a diagnostic command.
