Service Information:

Not much to do except to get a log file and submit to firmware group for fixing.

Operator Action:

Resume if option given otherwise a reset will likely be necessary.

Cause:

• A request to create a prompt has been received and with that came both button details and a parent prompt ID. Child prompts are NOT capable of having buttons, hence the error.
