Service Information:

Not much to do except to get a log file and submit to firmware group for fixing. The predefined prompts are all unchangeable in the installed firmware, the problem needs to be fixed at source.

Operator Action:

Resume if option given otherwise a reset will likely be necessary.

Cause:

• During creation of a predefined prompt (either internally or from diagnostics) the creation routine has counted too high while creating buttons.
