If this is happening during normal operation (no diagnostic activity) then please capture a log file and send to the firmware group (via RC would be good).

If this is happening when trying to create one of the pre-defined prompts then double check the numbers you've entered and check the list of prompts using the "prompt list" command.

Operator Action:

None except reset.

Cause:

• A predefined prompt has been requested, unfortunately the prompt number requested does not match up with a defined prompt.
