If you are creating prompts in diagnostics, read the cause below, check the active prompts using "prompt" and see if you've done something wrong.

If this is occuring during normal operation, grab a log file and submit it along with a problem description to firmware (via RC is fine).

Operator Action:

None really, resume if option given otherwise it's reset time.

Cause:

• Something has tried to create a clone of an existing prompt - this is not allowed and here's the error telling you so.
