If you are creating prompts in diagnostics, read the cause below, check the active prompts using "prompt" and see if you've done something wrong.

If this is occuring during normal operation, grab a log file and submit it along with a problem description to firmware (via RC is fine).

Operator Action:

None except to reset (could try resume if option given).

Cause:

• A prompt is being created but the parent prompt specified does not correspond to an active prompt, result is that the prompt can't be created.
