If you are creating prompts in diagnostics, read the cause below. Please note that prompts created internally (ie. during a load sequence) are tied to an image task, prompts from diagnostics are not tied to an image task and as such are not valid to be created as children of internal prompts.

If this is occuring during normal operation, grab a log file and submit it along with a problem description to firmware (via RC is fine).

Operator Action:

None except to reset (could try resume if option given).

Cause:

• A prompt is being created as a child prompt, the specified parent prompt is valid and active but the parent prompt is from an image task different than the proposed child, hence the error.
