Service Information:

If this is happening in response to a diagnostic command (most likely) then you'll have to choose another parent or don't specify one at all.

In regular operation, should this occur: capture a log of the situation including a "prompt" command and subsequent output and forward to firmware for fixing.

Operator Action:

None except to reset (could try resume if option given).

Cause:

• A prompt is being created and destined to be a child prompt, unfortunately the specified parent is a child prompt itself so this cannot be.
