If the recorder has been working fine up until now, this message indicates that the code bank has been corrupted. Firmware should be downloaded again.

If this message is reported after a firmware download, either the download was unsuccessful or an incorrect file was used.

Operator Action:

Record error message and contact Creo Service

Cause:

• Code bank corrupted
• Incorrect firmware file
• Unsuccessful firmware download
