When set, (1), this flag enables the optical plate sensor on the load ramp. This sensor is used to check if a plate is on the load ramp and to verify the size of the plate as it is loaded. When cleared, (0), the sensor is by-passed and the above functions are not used.

Notes:

If this flag is cleared, (0), machine operation is significantly slowed down and some critical safety checks are not done. Clearing this flag should only be done on a temporary basis and the sensor should be repaired as soon as possible. Please do not clear this flag unless absolutely necessary!
