    Disables checking of the proximity sensor. The proximity sensor is a metal detector mounted on the picker, it senses when a metal plate has been picked and therefore indicates when hte box is empty. Required for mcode delicate media

    Notes:

    pauses by; (sensor_delay) before sensor is read Only if nps=0 (enabled). For non metal plates, pick routine checks pvac_threshold before pick is continued.
