NVS Parameter: al prg

Long Name:

processor_roller_gap

Applies to:

  • Trendsetter_400/800_Auto

  • Description:

This parameter contains the distance between the rollers inside the processor. This parameter will be used only when:

    1. Print Console is not connected to the device
    2. The nvs "state bay x rp" is set to 1
    3. Its value is different from zero The logic: 1) The firmware will check if the plate can run through the processor in the current orientation. If it can, the plate will not be rotated. 2) If the plate can not run through the processor in the current orientation, the firmware will check if the plate can run through the processor if rotated. If it can, then the plate will be rotated. 3) If the plate is simply too small to run through the processor in any direction, then the firmware will suspend asking the operator to remove the plate from the unload table.

NOTE: If both "al pw" and "al prg" are set to zero, then the logic remains the one used in previous firmware. That is, if the plate is not in portrait orientation it will be rotated. Otherwise, the plate is not rotated. No check is made to make sure the plate fit through the processor.
