This is the distance in mm needed to move the plate in order to uncover the load ramp plate sensor during loads.

During loading, the drum is first moved so that the trailing edge is just covering the load ramp sensor ( see sensor_offset ). Then the drum is moved to just uncover the sensor as determined by sensor_overlap. If during this move the sensor is not uncovered then the plate is too big.
