This value specifies the maximum time to wait when moving the load ramp
actuators. There are sensors for the away-from-the drum position only. If these
are enabled, the system will wait until either the sensors are activated or this
amount of time has expired. If the sensors are enabled and the time has expired,
the system will suspend with an error message. If the sensors are disabled or
when the load ramp is being moved towards the drum, the system will wait for the
full amount of time specified by this parameter.
