This value specifies the maximum time to wait for vacuum to build up on the
picker and unload suction cups. If the vacuum sensors are enabled, the system
will wait until either the vacuum exceeds a pre-set threshold value or the time
specified by vac_delay has expired. If the time has expired and the vacuum
sensors are enabled, the system will suspend with an error message. If the
sensors are disabled, the system will wait the full amount of time specified by
vac_delay for the vacuum to build up.
