Long Name: | plate_center_offset |
Applies to: |
|
Description: |
No longer used starting with V1.30. The "alpos ssoe (side_shift_on_exit)" parameter is used to control shifting of the plate after rotation. In firmware versions prior to V1.30: This parameter controls the side-to-side (centering) position of the plates during a PROCESS command for plates with a main-scan dimension SMALLER than 2 x the value stored in alpos lec_to_unload_home. Increasing the value of this parameter will cause the plate to be further to the left (viewed from the front of the Trendsetter) when entering the processor. Decreasing the value of this value will cause the plate to be further to the right (viewed from the front of the Trendsetter) when entering the processor. This value is used to calculate how far to move the plate during a PROCESS command in order to center the plate at the traveller rotate position. This will affect the position of the plate as it enters the processor. |

Notes: |
The plate is moved to an absolute position determined by the following calculation: (plate_center_offset - main scan size/2). NOTE: This distance can NOT be negative, as the plate will hit the load ramp if moved closer to the drum! |
