Long Name:

pvac_release_threshold

Applies to:

  • Platesetter_3244

  • Description:

This is the level that the firmware uses to determine whether there is a plate covering any of the picker sucction cups. Used in initialization and clearing to determine if the picker is free of plates before the vacuum is turned off.

pvac_release_threshold is calculated during the "cal pvac" procedure as the mid point between "vacuum with no plate on cups" and "vac_all_but_1_cup" (free_pvac_thresh + vac_all_but_1_cup +round off factor)/2
