Tfx Command: foc offset [focus offset]


Variables	focus offset	The focus offset in microns.
Description	This command sets the active copy of the focus offset variable.
	Internally the effective offset is the sum of two components: the focus offset, and the surface depth.
	If no focus offset is specified the current offset values are displayed:
	Focus offset = x Surface Depth = x
