The A/D conversion subsystem provides access to elements where each element consists of one or two A/D samples. There are seven element where the element index is 0 to 6 for Tfx and eight elements where the element index is 0 to 7 for Thermal 2. This error indicates that the element index was invalid either for a monitor command or an internal A/D conversion subsystem API function.

Verify the previous monitor command and enter a valid element index.

- Firmware error that will occur during firmware development and testing.
