[00703] Firmware directory section has been erased

Service Information Downloading a firmware bundle requires that the previous firmware bundle be erased. After downloading the firmware bundle, a power cycle is required to re-load the firmware and thus re-initialize the directory subsystem.

Operator Action Assuming that the firmware bundle has been successfully downloaded, power cycle the thermal head.

Causes
  • The firmware directory section has been erased.
