The velocity is too low to lookup on the velocity power curve. You cannot request extrapolation below the lowest velocity point. The velocity curve points should be set up so the lowest point is at the lowest usable velocity.

| You may request extrapolation above the highest velocity point.
|
Ensure that drum speed and drum diameter are entered correctly. Verify that the lowest velocity point for the current media is at the lowest usable drum velocity. If not, call service.
