| The beam-balance sensor shutter status is determined from the monitor command bbs shutter (open|close). The shutter status will be one of the following:

| The beam-balance sensor zero sample is used to compensate for sensor and amplifier offsets when calculating the head power.
|
|
| The permutation name defines the ordering used for calculation of the stroke profile.
|
