| startfreq
| The starting frequency of the chirp from 0.1 to 1017.3 Hz.
| endfreq
| The ending frequency of the chirp from 0.1 to 1017.3 Hz.
| duration
| The duration of the chirp in seconds.
| amplitude
| The amplitude of the chirp in either microns or volts.
The "bpd chirp" commands injects a sine wave chirp stimulus to the BPD system. The sine wave can be injected in one of five different locations:
- offset - injects the sine wave to the input of the PSD based servo. This is only applicable to sensormodes 0 and 2.
- offsetA - injects the sine wave to the input of the DBP servo on laser A. This is only applicable to sensormodes 0 and 1.
- offsetB - injects the sine wave to the input of the DBP servo on laser B. This is only applicable to sensormodes 0 and 1.
- driverA - injects the sine wave to the DAC for the piezo driver of laser A.
- driverB - injects the sine wave to the DAC for the piezo driver of laser B.
| The StartFrequency and EndFrequency are specified in Hertz. The Duration is specified in seconds. The sine wave chirp uses an exponentially increasing frequency. The Amplitude is specified in microns for offset, offsetA, and offsetB, and in volts for driverA and driverB.

- The monitor command bpd chirp <startfreq> <endfreq> <duration> (offset|offseta|offsetb|drivera|driverb) <amplitude> does not have an equivalent.
