Thermal3 Command: bpd hold


Description	The "Hold" beam-pointing control mode is intended to temporarily disable the beam-pointing control loop.
Notes	Thermal 1.0 / 1.7x equivalents:
	The monitor command bpd hold is comparable to head bp hold.
	Thermal 2 equivalents:
	The monitor command bpd hold is comparable to bpd mode (on\|update\|hold\|off).
