Thermal3 Command: head install (on|off)


Description	Configure the head install mode.
	Note that this monitor command is intended to simulate Thermal 1.0 / 1.7x functionality.
Notes	Thermal 1.0 / 1.7x equivalents:
	The monitor command head install (on\|off) is equivalent to head install (on\|off).
	Thermal 2 equivalents:
	The monitor command head install (on\|off) is equivalent to head install (on\|off).
