Thermal3 Command: ibs sample


Description	Acquire 128 internal beam-balance sensor samples and display the average, maximum and minimum sample for the internal beam-balance sensor.
Notes	Thermal 1.0 / 1.7x equivalents:
	The monitor command ibs sample does not have an equivalent.
