Determine the status of the focus control mode.
| While the monitor command focus learn will learn the focus in blocking mode ( the monitor command will wait for completion ), the monitor commands sys focus learn and sys focus state will learn the focus in non-blocking mode ( the monitor commands will return immediately ). This allows multiple functions to be performed simultaneously.
| For example, the user can use the monitor command sys focus learn to initiate the "Learn" focus control mode to learn focus. If successful, the exposure head will continue to learn focus while the user can continue with other processing ( for example, turning on the write laser ). The user can use this monitor command to determine the status of the focus control mode. The status of the focus control mode will be either in progress, successful or unsuccessful.
| If the user attempts to access the focus while the exposure head is learning the focus ( for example, turning focus on ), an error will indicate that a command is in progress. However, the user can use the monitor command sys plot abort to abort learning the focus.
| Note that this monitor command only indicates the status of the focus control mode. This monitor command should not be used to determine the state of the focus.
