Thermal 3 Errorcode: [05640] The focus control mode has been aborted


Service Information	The commands implemented by the exposure head are non-blocking. As a result, the command to configure the focus control mode will only initiate the focus control mode. This error code indicates that configuration of the focus control mode has been aborted.
	Note that the command to configure the focus control mode can be aborted when requested by the host ( or user ) or when required by the fault handler.
Operator Action	None, this is an informational message only.
Causes	The focus control mode has been aborted.
