The NVS parameter lvd idleperiod configures the idle period for polarity switching. The "Local" LVD control mode will periodically switch between the high polarity and the low polarity.

| Changes to this NVS parameter take affect when the control mode is initialized to "Local". If the control mode is already "Local", then this NVS parameter takes affect immediately.
