WSCOMM: Images pending on bay, can't load

Service Information:

An attempt has been made to load a bay which a queued image needs to pick a plate from. Loading of the bay is prevented so that the plate size is not changed and the incorrect plate picked by the queued image. There have been known firmware bugs which cause this error even when no images are due to be picked from a bay. The recorder must be reset, or the NVS state parameter reset to zero: "set state bay <bay> pend 0".

Operator Action:

If there are images waiting to pick from the bay, the bay loading procedure outlined in the operator's manual should be followed. Otherwise, the recorder must be rebooted. Also, please inform Creo service of this message.

Cause:

• An attempt has been made to load a bay which has an image queued up for it.
• A firmware bug is preventing the bay load.
