Platesetter 3244 firmware 2.25 will report the measured picker vacuum on the diagnostic monitor. This should be compared to the 'sat pvt' threshold value and 'cal pvac' should be performed. Some problems have been experienced with the ADC on the ALE board at higher temperatures (35C)

If the plate was not really dropped but the threshold or sensor was meerly wrong, then the picker will attempt to return the plate to the box.

• Platesetter_3244: picker is read and compared to the picker_vacuum_threshold, if it is less than pvt when a plate is expected to be on the picker then this error is reported. Platesetter_VLF:
