Service Information:

An autoloader action is timing out before completion. The solution depends on which specific incidence is causing this error to be generated. Analyze the diagnostic output and see if the operation which is timing out is apparent. If so, attempt to find out why the operation is timing out. Set verbose to a higher level before the error occurs. If the cause cannot be determined, capture a log file of the error from diagnostic monitor and escalate the problem.

!!! This error code only exists on old versions of firmware, please consider upgrading any device exhibiting this error to a newer firmware version.

Operator Action:

Select Resume if that option is available. If the error persists, cancel, if that fails, try powering the machine off and back on again. If the problem still persists, call Creo service.

Cause:

• This error indicates that an autoloader action (Stepper driver) has timed out.
