Service Information:

Make sure the operator removed any media on the drum and use "set state plate_loc d status 0" to clear the drum.

Operator Action:

Remove any media on the drum and select "CLEAR"

Cause:

• Mis-use of diagnostic commands.
• User removed plate manually from the drum and did not select "CLEAR" from the workstation.
