ALE: timeout moving unload cylinder

Service Information:

1. Check that the unload sensors indicating Extended (lowered) is working.
2. as for 1.
3. Check that the unload sensors indicating Retracted (raised) is working.

Operator Action:

Resume. Call Creo service if problem persists.

Cause:

• When the unload cylinder is raised during an unload, if the unload cylinder has not left the lowered (extended) position within unload_delay seconds then this error is generated.
• In the ale_lower_unload() function the error is generated if the unload cylinder has not arrived at the lowered (extended) position withing unload_delay seconds. ale_lower_unload() is used during initialisation, unload, process and time table.
• In the ale_raise_unload() function the error is generated if the unload cylinder has not arrived at the raised (retracted) position withing unload_delay seconds. ale_raise_unload() is not used as this time.
