ALE: no plate on picker

Service Information:

3244 Platesetter: During an ale_load_status_ok check, if the picker plate_loc status is 0, then this error is reported. This check is done before a load is commenced.

3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: During a pick, this error is reported if, after the plate is grabbed, the vacuum drops below the threshod specified in "set al pvt". The low vacuum reading would indicate that the plate has been lost. The vacuum level can be checked with the "picker" command.

Operator Action:

Select Resume if that option is available. If this error persists, call Creo Response Center.

Cause:

• 3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: Plate lost during picking. Check plate for burrs, etc.
• 3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: Incorrect vacuum reading.
• 3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: Air supply problems.
• 3244 Platesetter: State flags got set incorrectly. Reset the machine to reinitialize the system.
