ALE: plate on picker, remove plate from unload ramp

Service Information:

1. Proximity sensor failure.
2. Vacuum sensor failure.

Operator Action:

Remove plate from picker or select resume or clear.

Cause:

• This error is generated if there was a plate detected on the picker in one of the following scenarios: - Detected by VACUUM
• Before beginning the "process" sequence the process status is checked: If a plate is detected on picker by picker vacuum above threshold or if the picker plate_loc status flag does not show "picker empty". then this error is reported and the plate cannot be ejected to processor as another plate is hanging on the picker. - Detected by the PROXIMITY DETECTOR,
• During a ale_pick_status_ok check which is performed before a pick is started (pick0)
