Error Message:

ALE: remove plate not fully on unload table

Service Information:

With this error pending, read the unload plate sensor using "picker" or "sat stat pkr".

Check unload sensor and cable.

Look for plate skew during unload. Check unload vacuum threshold, set up using "cal uvac"

Check unload sucction cups for damage.

Run "time table", check that the unload cylinder is moving properly.

Operator Action:

Resume. If this fails then lift the bridge and secure, open the front panel and remove the plate, then select clear.

Cause:

• During an unload, once the unload cylinder is retracted, a further period of sensor_delay is allwed for the upper unload plate sensor to detect the plate and the lower one to not-detect the plate (if enabled), else this error is reported.
• Before the process command is executed the process status is checked and if there is a plate sensed on the Lower unload sensor, then this error is reported.
