Wait, resume if possible.

Cause:

• If an error occured on a plate and it is being flushed out of the conveyer when a processor status is checked, (at the start of the process of the next plate ) , then the f/w reports this message as it continues waiting (plate_process + processor_infeed_delay + reject_exp_time + time_between_stamps), seconds for the previous plate to fully exit the conveyer and be accepted by the processor.
