Cause:
- Flushing conveyer.
If plate is being flushed out of the conveyer
when the processor status is checked, (at the start of the process of the next plate )
and if the processor itself is not reporting any fault, then the f/w reports this informational
message and then message E_ALE_WAITING_FOR_CONVEYOR as it continues waiting
(plate_process + processor_infeed_delay + reject_exp_time + time_between_stamps), seconds
for the previous plate to fully exit the conveyer and be accepted by the processor.
If there was any fault with the processor itself then E_ALE_REPROCESSING_PLATE is
repored in stead.
