Error Number: 15227

Error Message:

ALE: Has plate been removed from Unload table ? Yes,Resume - No,Clear

Applies to:

  • Platesetter_3244

Operator Action:

  1. Before this message occured there was most likely a message "remove plate from unload table" #15171. If you have removed the plate from the unlaod table, click "resume", otherwise clicking "clear" will abandon the ALE initialisation in progress.
  2. Thermal only. This will be reported if an attempt was made to unload a plate while there was still a plate on the unload table.

To remove a plate you may do the following,

1) From the diagnostic monitor type "process", if that fails, then

2) Open the door to access the plate, type UVAC OFF 8 and immediately go and hold the plate. This will release the vacuum within 8 seconds.

Service Information:

This error occured if there was still a plate on the unload table during initialisation. ALE init cannot complete until all plates are removed from the picker and unloader. The plate will be dropped if "resume" is selected, it assumes that the unload vacuum threshold is incorrectly set, if it is then it will be shown up later during the ale init.

After an abnormal situation, this may be reported if the plate_loc 2 (drum) status is non 0 when the load command is issued. Clicking resume will set the plate_loc d status to 0. clicking clear will abandon the "load" command.

Cause:

  • This error occured if there was still a plate on the unload table during initialisation. ALE init cannot complete until all plates are removed from the picker and unloader.
