Error Message:

ALE: plate not detected on load ramp

Applies to:

• Trendsetter_400/800
• Trendsetter_400/800_Proofing
• Trendsetter_400/800_Auto

Operator Action:

Put a plate on the load ramp and click the "RESUME" button.

Service Information:

If the above action does not solve the problem, then the load ramp sensor may not be working properly. Use "set al lps 0" in diagnostic monitor to bypass the sensor to get the customer going and arrange for field service.

Cause:

• The operator did not place a plate on the load ramp before hitting the load button.
• The load plate sensor is damaged or misaligned.
