Operator Action:

Make sure that the red ABORT button is not pushed in. Then try selecting the RESUME button on the workstation dialog box a few times. If this does not make the problem go away, then Creo Service should be called.

Service Information:

An ABORT command was issued from the diagnostic monitor or the red ABORT button was pressed while the stepper motor was moving.

Cause:

• Make sure that the red ABORT button is no pressed in. Type "mask" to see the status of the hardware abort line. If there is an exclamation mark (!) preceding "ABORT switch on" , then the hardware abort line is active. If the ABORT button is not pressed in, then there is a problem with the abort switch wiring. Check the door sensor connector (J19) on the card-cage backplane.
