Operator Action:

Make sure that all of the panels and access doors are properly closed, then try selecting the RESUME button on the workstation dialog box a few times. If this does not make the problem go away, then Creo Service should be called.

Service Information:

An access door or panel was opened while the stepper motor was moving.

Cause:

• Make sure that all of the panels and access doors are properly closed. Type "mask" to see the status of the door open signal. If there is an exclamation mark (!) preceding "Door is open", then the door signal is active. If the access doors are all closed, then there is a problem with the door switch wiring. Check the door sensor connector (J19) on the card-cage backplane.
